;blinking led indicates HTI FW problem. Solution is update HTI.- do not plug hti to pc
- install 3.5rev1.8
- open mobileex.exe, ignore no dongle detection
- press update HTI, plug HTI to usb immediately.
- proceed with driver installation after update FW is done
