1st you can change keypad IC (you can find keypad IC in the picture)

2nd time if you want to solve it making jumper solution then just remove the shown IC (in picture show IC / key paid IC) and make the jumper like picture.

This IC same to 3110c or 6300 key paid ic and ic jumper.
